I must give FAC 5 stars and would give them more if possible. The standards for professionalism and excellence are far beyond that of any business I have visited in Orange County. The staff is knowledgeable, intelligent, compassionate, and honest. Every person I have met, has treated me with the utmost care. The locations are always clean as can be and the atmosphere is always tranquil. More than once, I have arrived rushing and frantic, and soon was transported to a state of relaxation. I think I have even told the ladies in Aliso -- I would love to work there myself. It feels like a loving home but goes beyond that. Dr. Richard Gangnes and his team are professional, affordable and produce a wonderful result. Their laser treatments, medical facials, and surgical procedures are always done with the utmost respect and care for the patient. I wouldn't let anyone else work on my face!! Results are natural, bringing out the best "you," and are never overdone. They have 3 offices for patient convenience. I have been to all 3 and the staff is equally friendly and efficient and each location. I highly recommend Facial Aesthetic Concepts!

Long overdue review. I've been coming here for several years and have had injections and various laser treatments. I'm also using many skincare products sold here. Can't say enough good things about this place. It is easy to get an appointment, the receptionist is always warm and friendly, miraculously they always run on time and best of all, every treatment I've had was outstanding. Sharon is my favorite and she is worth the wait because she only works at this location once or twice a week. Everything is always well explained before any treatment, including cost. In love with their skin care products. They never push anything or hard sell. If anything, I have inquired about the various products and they have given me a generous samples. I have almost always returned to buy the item later and even though they are expensive, I have found them to be worth every dollar! Can't think of one thing Facial Aesthetic could do better. Overall, they are outstanding and fairly priced for what they do! Sure, maybe you can get a small discount on Botox somewhere else but three you run the risk of it not being done right. Here, there is no risk. And, I have many friends who come here and it is consistent across the board with positive feedback. j. j.

I have been going to Dr Gangnes for over 20 years and always been extremely satisfied. His staff is amazing, his office is beautiful and so well run. I recently had Botox, which I always have.. And love! But for the first time I had Voluma to fill in my cheeks. It is amazing!!!! What a difference. Thank you again for a great suggestion.

This is the place to go for all your dermatology/cosmetic needs. Professional, experienced, with the latest and best equipment available. You know they really care about your results. Always honest and practical about what you can expect from a procedure. Individualizing each patients care. I loved everyone! I remember several names, but I don't want to leave anyone out. Of course, I had special relationships with a couple of the gals with follow up treatments.

This was my first visit ever here and the staff was so kind! I felt really insecure about the dark spots on my face and bags under my eyes for the longest. After my visit I felt way more confident knowing I had a plan to fix my skin. Nadia and Simone made me feel very comfortable and recommended great products!
