Every time I have gone to Dr. Ganges for treatment, he has not only met my needs, but exceeded my expectations. He has shown extra time and care regarding questionable areas on my skin. I have recommended him to several of my friends and they have used him. All are extremely satisfied with their results. I appreciate the confidentiality given to all of his patients. When a friend came into his office saying she wanted what I had done, he told her she needed to be more specific since he could not share my information. The before and aftercare given at surgery was excellent. I would not hesitate to refer him to anyone.

Dr. Gangnes and his staff are incredible! They are some of the most caring people around. Before and after surgery, the care and gentleness was fabulous. I really appreciated that after the surgery I did not look all pulled and unnatural. Having my procedure was the best thing that I have done for myself. The staff were very professional and informative prior to the surgery. All questions were answered to make the actual surgery day less of a concern. It was unexpected to have the anesthesiologist contact me the day prior to the surgery to explain what she was going to do ..nice touch ... Dr Ganges was the best. He took the time to explain the procedures and did not rush through the consults or pre-op meeting .. following the surgery I had no pain .. really no pain .. and the effects of the anesthesia were great ... all in all great experience ... from a very talented surgical team.

I must give FAC 5 stars and would give them more if possible. The standards for professionalism and excellence are far beyond that of any business I have visited in Orange County. The staff is knowledgeable, intelligent, compassionate, and honest. Every person I have met, has treated me with the utmost care. The locations are always clean as can be and the atmosphere is always tranquil. More than once, I have arrived rushing and frantic, and soon was transported to a state of relaxation. I think I have even told the ladies in Aliso -- I would love to work there myself. It feels like a loving home but goes beyond that. She is extremely personable, which allows for a flow of conversation as the procedure is taking place allowing your mind to focus elsewhere. She has these really cool ice balls that she uses to help reduce the swelling and always adds a little powder so that you don't look like you've got a few puncture wounds before hitting the road. I had a very positive experience at the Rancho Santa Margarita office location. I was greeted by a friendly Receptionist that made me feel right at home. I've been getting my facials here for at least 4 years and I've had a good experience over the years. They have products that have made my facial skin in the best condition I've ever had. Of course, I've had to do my part in cleansing with Clarisonic and applying sunscreen but overall Nikki has helped my goal in getting my facial skin soft, smooth, with less hyperpigmentation. Sharon did my TCA peel on my arms. I have been self conscious about brown spots I have acquired on my arms over the years and knew it would take a deeper treatment to get rid of the layers of sun damage. I was amazed at how it worked. It took about 10 days from start to finish to reveal the new skin. I can see the results right away. Although it can't get every single spot it got 97% of them so I can feel confident now.
